〉Hi! I'm Dug.

Hello, Dug-san.

I, Banana the detective like Sharlock Holmes,
think that you must live in Japan.

It is a logical conclusion, can you see?
Oh! yes. I'll tell you !

〉Today, I saw the little girl when I went to college on the way.
〉She was riding on the bicycle and I was driving my car.
〉I thought she would go across the road. I stopped my car. But she stopped, too. And she started swinging her right arm.

Yes, A clue is there.
You see ?

'Right arm' is a clue.

〉"What she is doing?" I thought.
〉Soon I understand. It means you go first.
〉This thing made me feel so happy.
〉Then, I raised my left hand (it means thank you for waiting), and I passed in front of her

Yes,
You, smart, have another clue now.
Yes,
'I raised my left hand' is the clue.

If you live in a country where 車は右側通行,
it is not.
I will picture.

<Picture 1>
        >-(right arm)- the girl -(left)-<
----------------------------------------------------------
    (your left side)
(road) [your car] -> the way to go:front
    (your right side)
 ==== ====== ===== ====== ===== ==== =====

 <---- way to go ( cars )

----------------------------------------------------------

The girl rised right arm means
her right side faced to you.
And
You rised your left arm means
your left side faced to her.
It means the picture 1.

It is the only possible,
So you live in a country where 車は左側通行.
It means you live in Japan !

I,Banana the detective like Sharlock Holmes,
have a eye that see truth.

〉Recently there were a lot of sad things about children. But I could see little good thing about children.

Yes.
I agree.
Littele good thing !
But it is very important for us.

Bye-bye

Hi! Detective Banana-san.
Thank you for reading and you understand my situation on the road.
Your logical thinking is great !!
But you lost one important thing.
It is not only Japan that cars has passed left side of the road.
England, Ireland, Malaysia, Australia and Japan are same.
(I research this using Internet. I really think Internet is very useful.)
So, you can’t say 'You live in Japan'.
You can say 'You live in England or Ireland or Malaysia or Australia or Japan'.
But your answer is correct. I live in Japan.

Happy reading and writing and thinking.
Bye!
