I knew this one. Aligatai nara Imomusya(いもむしは） Kujira.

We can listen this phrase on TV.
The program name is "NIHONGO DE AZOBO" (NHK)
they say them "GATTEN OND".
and these phrase are called TUKETASI KOTOBA.
