How much possibility exists for getting same train in same day on Yamanote line accidentally?

Sorry for using long title.
I'm reading Oliver Twist by Dickens. And its style affects my writing style.

Today I visited Ogikubo for taking dental treatment, and got a train
of Yamanote line at Shinagawa station.
After taking treatment I went to Hamamatsu-cho from Ogikubo for
working. I had changed train at Kanda station. Just after I got
in a train, I found that the train was the same train , which I had
ridden on the way to Ogikubo.

You might wonder why I knew the train was the same one. The answer
was I saw a same person who was in the train. But it was about
two and half hours ago when I got in this train at first time.
Why he, actually it's a young man, was on the train so long?
Yes, he was asleep, asleep indeed, and snoring loudly. So I could
remember him very much. But didn't he wake up and move? No. He was
sitting same position of a long train seat, very left of the seat.
And I checked a advertising before him. And it was same. I had
remembered it because I was sitting the next to him. This means
that I had gotten the same car of the same train from the same door
without planning.

Do you believe this? But this is true.
I wonder how much possibility exits for this.
