I agree with this order.

〉1. is easy to level 3's peaple I think. It was only funny and good.
〉2. is just my level (PG2 reader). I don't like very much.
〉3. is not too difficult. But first of tales' "love feeling" is not so easy and not so funny very much. So it was difficult for me to join to the world of tales.

I guess, you don't like greedy dirty nasty crazy overdone story, right? :-)

There may be two types of Dahl's story, I think:
One is those wich you don't like. The other is more warm and gentle story than it.

I recommend the latter, such as "Minpins" or "Giraffe and the Pelly and Me", If you are going to try Dahl's again in the future, though there are more difficult words in them than in "Esio trot".

I never ever recommend "Twits" and "George's Marvelous Medicine" to you!

Since I read these two stories, I have not been enthusiast for him any more though I like some his stories very much. :-)
