Yes, I think so. 'Community' is a kind of group.
You'll make writing group in English or with SSS learning method
if you'll create 'Community'.
You can customize your 'Community' if you want.
For example, It can be members only or something.
However you'll have to a lot of work for 'Community'.
First, your 'Community' members have to join Livejournal.
You'll have to explain it.
Second, sometimes you might teach them how to join Livejournal
and make his/her journal.It's easy but not common.
I think It's more difficult than managing ML.
But 'Community' is useful and fun. I guess.

I haven't read "Help" in Livejournal well because I have been a
volunteer work till Wednesday. I might help you from Thursday.

Anyway I'll be writing messages from Thursday!
