Dear Hamako,

I'm Dora.
How do you do.

I sometimes found and read your very friendly, joyful articles
on this Web board, and admired how nice if I would chat with
you some day.

"はまこ"さんは[url:kb:1056]で書きました:
〉Hi, everyone. This is Hamako.
〉Do you like "Daigaku Potatoes"?
〉I love it!
Considering anew of this, what a strange name, Daigakuimo is!
Isn't it ?

Recently, I have to always think how useful, how wonderful
the world of today, with spreading out the Internet and PCs.

Now you can ask the root of this strange word Daigakuimo to
Internet browser if you feel you like to do.

〉I made Daigaku Potatoes yesterday.
〉My sons requested it for their "oyatsu" before they go to elementary school and I promised.
〉I went to a store with my baby daughter and bought two sweet potatoes.
〉Here's my recipe.
〉*********************************************************************
〉■ingredient■
〉・Two sweet potatoes
〉・oil
〉・sesames
〉<A>
〉・sugar / 6 tablespoons (tekito)
〉・soy sauce / 2 tablespoons (tekito)
〉・mirin / tekito....
〉・water / 4 tablespoons
〉■how to make■
〉1. cut the sweet potatoes into chunks.
〉2. put it in a bowl of water for 30 minutes.
〉3. fry the sweet potatoes in 170℃ oil.
〉4. boil down <A> until it becomes thick.
〉5. 3. into 4. and mix up with a lot of sesames
〉**********************************************************************

Before several years, cooking had been one of my most
favorite hobbies for long time.
Recently, I have hardly enough time to do this, also
I hardly have good companies to eat what I would cook,
together.

If you had nobody to feed or to eat with, you would feel
like cooking is being less joyful, almost meaningless.
Don't you think ?

Therefore I barely enjoy cooking these days.
At the very best, I purchase some packed-soup which is made
for some specific Nabemono, and vegetables and meats in
super-market, then make them Nabemono.
It must be a negligence cooking, I usually think.

In the meantime, I was suppose to write like following
in the next part :

----
I prefer a creamy taste, so I would definitely pour
tiny portion of the heavy cream and the butter into
the batter.
----

At the moment, I was going to write this, I became aware...
So! It's for sweet-potato! NOT for Daigakuimo!
HOW STUPID I AM !

I almost have begun to write this article to tell that.

What a silly misunderstanding...
I can't stop myself laughing coldly....

〉It's very easy.
〉I did "Oosouji" while make "Daigaku Potatoes".
〉I've already started "Oosouji" from 3rd. Dec.
〉I do it little by little every day.
〉It's my great pleasure to see my children and husband's delight face when they find and eat my cook.
〉Sweets for sweets!
〉Have a happy eating.

Can you have a laughter with my article ?

Have a sweet dream with full bite of sweety Daigakuimo, Hamako!
Dora
