推薦（購入希望）

購入希望というよりは、推薦のブックガイドなのですが、本日酒井先生と古川さんに
この本の話をしたら、こちらに書くのがいいだろうとのことだったので、こちらに
書かせていただきます。

読みやすさの指標となるような表示がないというのが残念なのですが、レベル3くらい
からどの本を読んでいったらいいのだろうと思う方には、かなり参考になる本だと
思います。いろいろなベスト10や、ジャンルごとのオススメページもあります。
好きな本からネクストを探ってみる。好きな作家が書評を書いている本を読んでみる。
そんな風にして、新規開拓をしてみるのも楽しいのではないかなと。
貸し出し本というよりは、ブッククラブに置いてあるといい本だと思います。
出版がイギリスなので、アメリカ本もありますが、結構イギリス本が充実しています。

以下、ほぼタドキストの広場に書いた投稿のコピーペーストなのですがご参考まで。

読むだけで楽しいのがこのガイド。8-12才用です。
古典もあって、レベルは3-9までかなぁと思いますが、8-12才用。
レベルに差があるので、読みたい気持ちがあればどんどんチャレンジ、だめなら投げ！
ということでいかがでしょう。
イギリス本中心ですが、ディック・キング・スミスやジャクリーン・ウィルソン、
メグ・キャボットなども書評を書いています。

評者によっても書く温度が違いますが、一作品分書いてみますね。

「Kit's Wilderness」David Almond
For over four years I've had a running argument with Susan (fellow editor) about
which David Almond book is best. She thinks it's Skellig, I'm sure it's Kit's Wilderness.
(I'm right, incidentally.) In fact, I think it's one of the best books anyone has written
in years.
Set in the north-east, it's the story of Kit Watson, and the bonds he forms with
classmate Allie Keenan, wild boy Jhon Askew and the spirits of the past, and the
game they all play. The game called Death.
This book is just as dark as it sounds, absolutely suffused with death and menace;
but there's also great beauty in this wilderness, in Kit's relationship with his old
grandfather and his friendships with Askew and Allie, in Kit's storytelling and Allie's
acting and Askew's extraordinary drawings.
Kit's Wilderness will do something only the greatest books can - it will change the
way you see the world. Trust me. Read it.

読んでいただいて分かるように、このガイドも評者によって多少ばらつきはありますが、
レベル3-5の間にはいるくらいだと思います。（レベル、ちょっと訂正しました。）
